What are some of the 41 year old’s secrets to looking so amazing?
Five-day-a-week workouts with trainer Ramona Braganza which includes cardio segments on the elliptical (and kickboxing), as well as strength training.
She also has combined this regiment with a healthy diet of vegetables, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and lots of water.
