Dina and Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan’s mother and estranged father, have reached a divorce settlement, Access Hollywood is reporting.
The entertainment show’s website says: “While terms of the settlement are not being made public, Michael Lohan’s attorney John Dimascio Jr. confirmed to Access the couple will be legally divorced in the next 60-90 days.
Both parties signed a confidentiality agreement, which prevents the details from being made public. However, they did come to terms on the financial aspects of their divorce, as well as support of their two minor children – Ali and Dakota.”
Lindsay is currently in rehab, reportedly for drug and alcohol addiction, in Utah.
